Get Off Meat Hypnosis (G.O.M.H) is a three-step guided hypnosis program designed to inspire you to stop (or decrease) your meat consumption. It’s developed by Swedish hypnotherapist Anna-Maj Velander in partnership with plant-based food company Raging Pig Company.

Giving G.O.M.H a try is super easy! Simply go to Spotify, Apple podcast or wherever you find your podcasts and search for “Get Off Meat Hypnosis”. Find a place where you won’t be disturbed and can sit or lie down comfortably, press the play button of the first session, close your eyes, let yourself be guided by therapist Anna-Maj Velander and relax. We’ll recommend to only listen to one session per day in order for the experience to sink in. If you ever find yourself close to a meat relapse in the future, simply go through the program again. G.O.M.H can be effective for everyone, no matter if you identify as vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian or meat lover.However, as the sessions (especially session 2) will take you through some offensive parts, people who identify themselves as sensitive should start the program with caution, for example listening together with a loved one for additional support.

G.O.M.H is designed as any proven hypnotherapy session that is commonly used for helping people to deal with trauma or breaking destructive behaviours and patterns such as alcohol and smoking. We’ve had overwhelming positive response from our test group, ranging from flexitarians to devoted meat lovers, where all G.O.M.H graduates have reported that they’ve either completely stopped or heavily decreased their meat consumption.
